Position Summary

Soliant is actively seeking a dedicated and qualified School Psychologist for the 20252026 school year. This full-time, onsite position will serve students in grades K7 and play a vital role in fostering student development and school success through comprehensive psychological services, collaboration, and consultation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to assess cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans.
• Participate in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and problem-solving teams.
• Provide counseling services and behavioral interventions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education laws (IDEA, Section 504).
• Support a positive and inclusive school climate through consultation and training.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Masters, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement.
• Strong understanding of K7 child development, assessment, and intervention practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in school settings preferred.
