Job summary

Career Links is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time, long-term substitute opportunity supporting elementary students in grades K–4. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a wonderful, collaborative team in a well-organized and supportive school environment.

The ideal candidate holds a master's or specialist-level degree in School Psychology and a valid Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) School Psychologist license.

Qualifications

• Master's or specialist-level degree in School Psychology.
• Valid Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) School Psychologist license.
• Experience conducting school-based assessments and supporting students with diverse needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct student assessments and evaluations.
• Support students within Setting 3 programs.
• Assist with implementing and supporting social, emotional, and behavioral (SEB) interventions.
• Participate as an integral member of the Student Support Team.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, special education staff, and families to support student success.
• Work alongside another elementary School Psychologist for additional collaboration and support.

Compensation: $45–$65/hr (DOE)
Assignment Dates: January 4, 2027 – May 5, 2027 (Potential to Extend)
