Are you a licensed School Psychologist seeking flexibility, autonomy, and purpose? If so, join our team as anIndependent Contractorproviding direct psychological services to students ages 5–21 in Cecil County Public Schools. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with educators while maintaining control over your schedule and workload.

Location: Cecil County Public Schools, MarylandCompensation: up to $90 per hourEmployment Type:Contract (1099)Schedule: 8:15 am - 3:45 pm or 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, depending on the school.

What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations using standardized assessments, interviews, observations, and FBAs.
  • Deliver clear, professional reports and communicate findings to families and school teams.
  • Collaborate with educators and administrators to design and monitor evidence-based interventions.
  • Provide crisis intervention and participate in student support/emergency response teams.
  • Maintain professional standards and stay current with best practices in school psychology.
