Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School Psychologist for a full-time contract for the remainder of the school year, delivering psychoeducational evaluations, IEP planning, and direct and indirect student supports in collaboration with teachers and families.

The role allows a hybrid schedule (1–2 days remote weekly) and requires Delaware licensure or eligibility (pending licensure accepted); immediate start available to backfill a district in need.

Qualifications

• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology is required.
• Active Delaware School Psychologist license or eligibility; pending licensure accepted.
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred, strong new graduates will be considered.
• Proficiency with psychoeducational assessments, intervention planning, and IEP process.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth.
• Provide direct and indirect services to students, including counseling and crisis intervention.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and problem-solving initiatives.
