Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a School Psychologist for an on-site contract in a Colorado elementary setting. The role supports two local schools with a ~40-student caseload and a 1.0 FTE schedule, starting ASAP through May 21, 2027.

Collaboration with educators, families, and the SPED team is essential. Candidates must hold or be pursuing Colorado Department of Education Professional Specialist Services License credentials and be prepared for a two-stage interview process, including school

Job description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity dedicated to supporting students success as a School Psychologist in a vibrant elementary school environment. This onsite position will be at two welcoming local schools, with a full-time schedule (1.0 FTE) and a caseload of approximately 40 students. Beginning as soon as possible and running through May 21, 2027, you'll collaborate closely with educators, families, and the multidisciplinary SPED team.

Candidates should be prepared to participate in a two-stage interview process: starting with the SPED Coordinator, followed by a conversation with the School Principal. The role requires current or in-progress Professional Special Services License credentials from the Colorado Department of Education. Key Qualifications:

• Valid (or in-process) Colorado Professional Special Services License via the Department of Education
• Experience in school psychology, working with elementary-aged students

• Strong organizational and case management abilities
• Ability to adapt to new settings and demonstrate flexibility in approach
