An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced School Psychologist to contribute to the well-being and educational development of students in an early childhood setting. This position is designed for the full semester, requiring availability for two days a week, providing focused psychological services to young learners.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
  • Valid School Psychologist credential or license
  • Experience working with early childhood populations
  • Familiarity with Triennial and Initial assessments
  • Knowledge of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff

Location:

Anaheim, CA

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students, including Triennials and Initials
  • Perform occasional ERMHS assessments as needed
  • Develop and implement BIPs based on assessment findings
  • Provide consultation services to educators and staff regarding student needs
  • Support students emotional and behavioral health through individualized interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments and interventions
