Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services seeks a Full-time School Psychologist to support students in the Boulder, CO area. The role focuses on social, emotional, and behavioral needs, aligned with school teams to drive student success through targeted interventions.

The position features a weekday schedule with no nights or weekends, a school-year calendar with breaks, and a collaborative team environment. Requires a Master's in Psychology and state endorsement as a School Psychologist.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology required.
• Endorsement as a School Psychologist per State Department of Education bylaws required or eligible.
• Experience or specialized training in pediatric mental health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing counseling services to students and their parents.
• Participate in a multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) including interdisciplinary meetings to discuss diagnosis and treatment.
• Participate in initial IEP and annual IEP development as appropriate.
• Collaborate with families and staff during weekly team meetings and follow-up meetings to support social and emotional development.
• Adhere to federal/state/local record-keeping, eligibility documentation, timelines and safeguards.
• Develop and maintain a schedule to ensure compliance with all required meetings and services.
