We’re partnering with an exceptional school district in Boulder County, CO to hire a School Psychologist for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year.

About the Role

As a School Psychologist, you will provide essential psychological services to support the academic, social, and emotional development of students of all ages. This position involves working closely with students, families, teachers, and administrators to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

  • Location: In‑person only (no hybrid/remote options available)
  • Start Date: March 9, 2026
  • End Date: May 22, 2026
  • Grade Levels: Elementary
Compensation

Base pay range: $55.00/hr – $60.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ cognitive, academic, social, and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to address students’ mental health and behavioral needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success.
  • Offer consultation and training to staff on strategies to enhance student well‑being and learning.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support students with special needs.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to special education and mental health services.
Qualifications
  • Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  • School Psychology license in the state of Colorado.
  • Experience working with elementary school students in an academic setting.
