Pediatric Developmental Services is hiring a School Psychologist for a full-time opportunity in the Chandler, AZ area for the 2026-2027 academic year. This position is ideal for clinicians seeking a consistent schedule and a collaborative team environment.

You will support students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs, work with school teams to help student success, and participate in IEP development. The role includes a competitive W-2 benefits package and ongoing professional support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology is required.
• Arizona Certification and Fingerprint clearance card required.
• Endorsement as School Psychologist per state bylaws.
• Experience or specialized training in pediatric mental health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing counseling services to students and their parents.
• Participate in a multi-tiered system of support for students with social/emotional and behavioral needs, including participation in inter-disciplinary meetings to evaluate and discuss the diagnosis and treatment of students.
• Participating in initial IEP and annual IEP development as appropriate.
• Collaborate with and coach families and staff, during weekly team meetings and follow-up meetings, to support social and emotional development.
• Adhere to federal/state/local procedures for record keeping, eligibility documentation, timelines and procedural safeguards.
• Develop and maintain a schedule to ensure compliance with all required meetings and services.
