Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Psychology or related field with CA-approved program in school psychology.
• Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential is required.
• Experience with school-aged children (supervised or internship).
• Strong skills in patient assessment, psychological testing, and diagnostic evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, assessments, and screenings for students with diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement IEPs.
• Provide consultation and guidance to support behavioral, emotional, and academic interventions.
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies for effective support.
• Deliver individual and group counseling as needed for social-emotional development.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide decisions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation compliant with district/state regulations.
