Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a School Psychologist for a full-time contract near Dover, DE. You will evaluate students, collaborate on intervention strategies, and contribute to an inclusive, positive learning environment.

In this role you’ll conduct psychoeducational evaluations, support IEP processes, provide counseling and crisis intervention, and partner with teachers, families, and administrators to promote student growth. 37.5 hours weekly onsite with some hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state-issued School Psychologist certification or eligibility.
  • Prior experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective student support plans.
  • Experience with diverse student populations and IEP processes.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for elementary students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to interpret assessment results and determine student needs.
  • Support the development and implementation of effective interventions and IEPs.
  • Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation to address students’ academic and behavioral needs.
