Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in School Psychology required.
  • PEL with School Psychology Endorsement required.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based intervention strategies.
  • Experience using assessment data to develop instructional and behavioral plans.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and community partners.
  • Ability to analyze data and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize varied models and methods of assessment to identify student strengths and needs.
  • Collect and analyze student data to inform instructional, behavioral, and intervention planning.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions in response to data.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and well-being.
  • Schedule and coordinate initial and re-evaluation multidisciplinary team meetings (MDCs).
  • Complete required referral and evaluation documentation in compliance with state timelines and regulations.
