Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join a supportive Eudora, Kansas school community. This full-time, onsite role focuses on helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally, in collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families.

You will conduct assessments, participate in IEPs, provide consultations, and help implement evidence-based interventions across general and special education settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Previous experience in K–12 school settings preferred.
• Excellent assessment, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Dedication to supporting diverse learners and inclusive educational practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and interpret assessment findings.
• Collaborate in IEP meetings and assist in developing individualized education plans.
• Provide guidance and consultation to teachers and staff regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports.
• Help implement evidence-based interventions within both general and special education settings.
• Support crisis intervention efforts and contribute to maintaining a positive and safe school environment.
• Track and monitor student progress using data-driven practices to inform decision-making.
