Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and develop appropriate intervention plans for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student mental health and academic needs.
- Provide individual and group counseling to students, fostering emotional and social development.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Deliver professional development workshops for staff on mental health and behavioral strategies.
