Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a School Psychologist for a travel assignment in Walterboro, SC. You will provide on-site psychological services to students, supporting mental health and developmental needs within school settings.

The role requires pediatric/adolescent experience,-state licensure, and may include CPR. Competitive pay with weekly paychecks and benefits complement the opportunity to work across districts.

Qualifications

• Must maintain current state licensure and/or certifications in assignment state.
• Experience in pediatric and adolescent population preferred.
• Master’s degree in psychology preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The School Psychologist works to support students through a variety of mental health and developmental issues and aids in qualifying students for additional support services. The School Psychologist is responsible for providing on-site psychological services to students under the jurisdiction of the state and district.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must maintain current State licensures and/or certificationsin state of assignment
• Experience in pediatric and adolescent population ispreferred
• Master’s degree in psychology preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
