Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a School Psychologist to provide on-site psychological services in schools, supporting students with mental health and developmental needs. This is a Contract - Full Time role, 40 hours per week, paying $75 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Requirements include current state licensure, pediatric experience preferred, a Master’s degree in psychology, CPR where applicable, TB

Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure in the state of assignment.
• Experience working with pediatric/adolescent populations preferred.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• Master’s degree in psychology preferred.
• TB testing/health screening as required by contract.
• Must meet all applicable federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site psychological services to students in the school setting.
• Assist in qualifying students for additional support services.
• Support student mental health and developmental needs in collaboration with school staff.

The School Psychologist works to support students through avariety of mental health and developmental issues and aids in qualifyingstudents for additional support services.The School Psychologist is responsible for providing on-sitepsychological services to students under the jurisdiction of the state anddistrict.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must maintain current State licensures and/or certifications in state of assignment
• Experience in pediatric and adolescent population ispreferred
• Master’s degree in psychology preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
