Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a School Psychologist to provide services in K-12 settings in South Bend, IN. The role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to help students access education.

The position collaborates with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams; offers crisis support, staff training, and documentation. In-person or hybrid with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for 2026-2027 and a pay rate of $48-$58/hour.

Qualifications

• Must have School Psychologist Certification in the state where services are delivered.
• Criminal Background and DCS Check required.
• Eligibility to work in the US.
• Preferred: 1 year of school psychology experience.
• Preferred: knowledge of evidence-based practices and school-based caseload management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of cognitive, emotional, adaptive, and behavioral functioning using standardized tests.
• Develop IEPs and 504 plans based on assessment data; create evidence-based interventions and strategies.
• Provide crisis support during emergencies and train staff on mental health, behavior management, and instructional strategies.
• Maintain confidential records of assessments and progress; prepare detailed reports for IEP meetings and evaluations.
• Actively participate in team meetings to review and plan student interventions.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of cognitive, emotional, adaptive, and behavioral functioning using a range of standardized tests.
• Develop and consult on individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans based on assessment data. Create evidence-based interventions and strategies.
• Provide crisis support during emergencies and offer training to school staff on mental health, behavior management, and instructional strategies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress. Prepare detailed reports for IEP meetings, evaluations, and other necessary documentation.
• Actively participate in team meetings to review and plan student interventions.
