Help students overcome barriers and reach their full potential! Cross Country Education is seeking a School Psychologist to provide psychological services, develop effective interventions, and support student-centered educational planning for K‑12 students in Sebring, FL.

Position Overview
  • Conduct psychological assessments and participate in eligibility evaluations to identify students’ academic, behavioral, social‑emotional, and learning needs.
  • Participate in Child Study/Collaborative Problem‑Solving meetings, IEP and 504 meetings, and other student support teams to develop effective interventions and services.
  • Develop and recommend evidence‑based intervention strategies for students, parents, and teachers to support meaningful learning and positive student outcomes.
  • Collaborate with school staff and district teams to coordinate psychological services, address changing student needs, and maintain required documentation.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology
  • Active Florida Department of Health School Psychologist Certificate (Required)
  • Active Florida Department of Education School Psychologist Certificate (Required)
  • Experience working as a school-based psychologist with K‑12 students, including experience with IEPs and 504 Plans
