A K-12 educational institution in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a licensed School Psychologist to support students at the elementary and middle school levels for a full-semester contract position. This role is integral to fostering the academic, social, and emotional development of students, providing comprehensive psychological services within a dynamic school community.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to inform student support plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop and implement interventions tailored to student needs
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide psychological expertise
  • Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as necessary to promote academic and behavioral success
  • Promote mental health awareness and provide counseling or referral services where appropriate
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district regulations

Qualifications :

  • Valid license as a School Psychologist
