Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a School Psychologist for a part-time or full-time, short-term on-site position at a Highlands Ranch, Colorado school. The role runs from November 2026 through January 2027, with guaranteed hours and close district collaboration.

You will perform evaluations, develop IEP plans, provide therapy, and work with interdisciplinary teams to support students with special needs, under TheraPeds guidance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology.
• NASP license preferred but not required.
• State license and/or School Psychologist credential as required by the district.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of counseling and psychological assessment.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in use of technology.
• Fingerprint background clearance.

Responsibilities

Job Description and Responsibilities

This is a part-time or full-time short term, on-site role as a School Psychologist serving a school located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

The School Psychologist will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating and eligibility processes, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents), supporting students according to their IEP. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs.

Physical Requirements

Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
