Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School Psychologist – Evaluations Only in Crandall, Texas. This 4 days onsite / 1 day virtual hybrid role focuses on comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for K–12 students during the 2026–2027 school year.

The position requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology and an active Texas LSSP credential, with duties limited to evaluations and collaboration with the ARD/IEP process. Strong reporting and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology required.
• Active Texas LSSP credential required.
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations in a school setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of special education eligibility, assessment practices, and ARD/IEP processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Administer, score, and interpret cognitive, academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and adaptive assessments.
• Prepare timely, accurate, and compliant evaluation reports.
• Present evaluation findings during ARD and eligibility meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, Educational Diagnosticians, administrators, related service providers, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with IDEA and Texas special education guidelines.

Pay:

$45+ per hour, based on experience

Position Details

• Full-time hybrid position for the 2026–2027 school year
• Schedule includes 4 days onsite and 1 day virtual per week
• Evaluations-only role – no counseling responsibilities
• Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for students referred for special education services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to determine eligibility and develop recommendations
• Participate in ARD meetings to review assessment findings and eligibility decisions
• Virtual day may be utilized for report writing and documentation
• Ready to interview ASAP
