Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Psychologist for a K–12 school in Ashland City, TN. You’ll conduct evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to promote student success.

We welcome new clinicians and seasoned professionals with competitive pay up to $60/hour, a steady school-year schedule, W-2 employment, health benefits, 401(k) with match, licensure CEU reimbursements, and mileage between sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Psychology (or equivalent) required.
• Valid Tennessee TDOE Certification required by start date.
• Strong assessment, writing and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.
• NASP membership a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Provide progress monitoring and compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff.
• Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs.
• Assist in developing interventions and supports.
• Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations.
