Candidates should have an advanced level degree in Math, Science, English, and/or preferably Education. The applicant should have a proven record of leadership and administrative experience. Effective communication skills and sound interpersonal skills are paramount in this instructional leadership role.

ISRI is a private school serving Pre-K to 8 grades with a current enrollment of 150 students. We are actively expanding our school with the plans to start high school and to build a state-of-the-art campus to accommodate exponential growth. Qualifications and Required Skills

• Master’s or Doctorate level degree, preferably in Education
• At least 5 years direct experience as a principal in K-12 grade school.
• Proven track record of successful school administration, ideally in a private school setting.
• Strong Understanding and extensive experience with curriculum development and implementation, teaching methods, and assessment strategies for guiding the school’s academic programs.
• Demonstrated experience with NEASC -or other accrediting agencies- accreditation process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as scheduling, budgeting, curriculum planning, student and faculty planning in an efficient manner.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day school operations and providing oversight in all administrative matters.
• Recruit, hire, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff who are skilled and knowledgeable, and are aligned with the beliefs and values of our school.
• Accurate records as required by the school policies and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations and legal requirements in the region.
• Manage teachers and staff effectively by delegating, planning, and evaluating to foster an environment where staff work cooperatively to maximize the students’ academic potential.
• Manage the school budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Develop and execute continuous improvement plans to ensure the school readiness for accreditation renewal.
