Job summary

Rio Rico High School is seeking a full-time Lifeguard to ensure safety for patrons at the Rio Rico pool in Arizona. The role requires vigilance, strong communication, and adherence to district policies while delivering quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Current Red Cross Lifeguard Certification is required.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certifications required.
• Minimum age 16 years or older; swim test will be scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Guard pool area and actively monitor swimmers at all times.
• Enforce pool policies and communicate rules professionally.
• Maintain pool operations and equipment, and assist with locker room maintenance.
• Assist with daily cleaning, record participant attendance, and report concerns to supervisor.
