Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for the 2026/2027 school year to support K-12 students across multiple schools near Winsted, CT. This full-time, in-person contract runs ASAP through June 2027 and requires CT licensure.

You will assess students, create individualized treatment plans, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote progress and equality of access. Travel within the district is required.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Connecticut.
• Prior K-12 school-based or pediatric setting experience preferred.
• Compassionate, evidence-based therapy for a diverse student population.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
