Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Physical Therapist license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess student motor development, functional mobility, balance, and spatial movement to determine IEP needs.
• Develop and manage individualized PT goals as part of students' IEPs.
• Provide direct and consultative PT services to enhance participation in school settings.
• Manage full workload during initial full-time term and transition during reduced part-time schedule.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, parents, and OT teams for environmental modifications.
• Maintain compliant documentation and progress reports per district guidelines.
