Supplemental Health Care is seeking a local contract School Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Olathe, Kansas. The role runs 37 hours per week with a daytime shift and an hourly rate of $43.05–$46.35, plus a $3,000 assignment bonus.

You will deliver OT services to students under IEPs, develop therapy plans, collect data, and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families while potentially supervising OT assistants. Kansas licensure or eligibility is required to begin ASAP.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with Kansas license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP.
• Develop, implement, and track therapy plans that actually work.
• Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students thrive.
• Work across multiple grade levels and potential travel between schools.
• Potentially supervise OT assistants.
