Job summary

You hold an OT degree, NBCOT, state license, and knowledge of IDEA/IEP; the role includes evaluations, IEP goals, and therapy sessions, with AI-assisted documentation and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IDEA/IEP processes and educational OT model.
• Experience writing evaluation reports for IEP teams.
• Ability to translate OT findings for educational planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations for eligibility and educational need.
• Develop OT IEP goals targeting handwriting, fine motor, and self-care.
• Deliver direct therapy and provide consultative support to teachers.
• Maintain logs and progress notes using Thrive AI tools.
• Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, and educators on student supports.
