Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience working with school-age children is preferred.
• Must complete all required Diocese of Phoenix Safe Environment training, fingerprinting, and applicable background screening.
• Must sign and adhere to the Diocese of Phoenix Code of Ethics.
• Must be willing to support and uphold the teachings, mission, and values of the Catholic Church.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during lunch and recess, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.
• Assist with classroom assignments and instructional tasks as directed by teachers or administration.
• Support students who require additional academic assistance while encouraging independence.
• Assist with afternoon carpool duties and orderly dismissal procedures.
• Help maintain clean, safe, organized indoor and outdoor campus spaces.
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to appropriate personnel.
