Responsibilities

• Implement the SAM Process and monitor Time/Task Analysis to optimize leader time.
• Manage the principal’s daily and weekly schedule to prioritize instructional activities.
• Coordinate classroom observations, coaching meetings, PLC participation, and instructional walkthroughs.
• Oversee campus administrative operations and front office staff.
• Serve as liaison between the principal, staff, families, and district departments.
• Prepare reports on SAM time tracking and leadership activities.
• Ensure calendar reflects campus instructional priorities.
• Maintain SAM documentation and reports related to time tracking and leadership activities.
