What You Will Be Doing

• Running the daily schedule with precision so the 2-Hour Learning blocks start on time, stay quiet, and finish strong.
• Handling first‑line tech needs (device setup, basic troubleshooting) and coordinating escalations with IT.
• Maintaining a safe, orderly campus: drills, incident tracking, vendor oversight, and facilities readiness.
• Communicating clearly with students, families, and staff; closing loops fast and documenting decisions.
• Supporting campus milestones—events, onboarding, supply and space management—so the site always feels prepared.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• This role does not involve teaching academics or writing curriculum; Guides lead student mentorship while you drive the systems.
• Sitting in a back office; your work is front‑of‑house and directly tied to student progress and family trust.
• Spending time on busywork that doesn't improve speed, safety, or quality of learning.
