Mountain Community Online School, part of ACCEL Schools, is seeking an Office Assistant to support the school operations team in Hendersonville, NC. The role includes managing student records, testing, attendance, and general office duties, with some travel and occasional after-hours support.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree preferred, plus at least one year of data entry, records management, or admissions experience, and excellent communication skills.

The Office Assistant supports all school operations team members: Testing Manager, Office Administrator, Attendance and Truancy Coordinator. The Office Assistant collaborates with all members of the leadership team to design and implement process and procedures across all aspect of daily school operations for a state-wide online school, in compliance with all sponsor and board of education regulations and state laws.
