Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services in the Elgin, IL area on a flexible, contract basis. The role is 2-3 days per week with collaboration among educators, families, and support staff to support student success.

Responsibilities include supervising COTAs, conducting assessments under IEP/504 plans, maintaining records, and adapting services across modalities including teletherapy as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with school-based experience.
• Experience in home health or teletherapy is a plus.
• Experience supervising COTAs.
