Job summary

Soliant is seeking two dedicated Occupational Therapists to provide school-based OT services in a Cincinnati, OH area. This contract role supports students’ developmental and academic goals.

You will evaluate students, develop IEP/504-aligned treatment plans, deliver direct therapy, and collaborate with teachers and families. Ohio licensure required; prior school experience preferred; strong documentation and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy license (OT) in Ohio.
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to plan and implement individual and group therapy sessions.
• Capable of managing a caseload and maintaining documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students referred for occupational therapy and develop individualized treatment plans.
