Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Arizona OTA/L license current and active.
• Arizona Identity Verified Prints Fingerprint Clearance Card.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

School Occupational Therapist Assistant supporting students in a school setting for a 36-week contract in Surprise, Arizona. Earn up to $55 per hour based on experience while helping improve students' motor, sensory, and functional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy assistance to students following individualized education plans

• Assist in implementing therapy programs to improve motor, sensory, and functional skills

• Maintain documentation and progress notes per school and state regulations

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards mandated by the facility and governing bodies

Qualifications:

• College diploma (A.A. or higher) or transcripts with 60+ credits

• Valid license issued by Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners as OTA/L

• Valid driver's license

• Valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints Fingerprint Clearance Card

• Social Security Card

• Minimum 1 year experience as Occupational Therapy Assistant

• Must obtain and maintain all required licenses and clearances

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must meet standard facility requirements
