You will provide direct and consultative OT services, conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers and families. Oregon OT license required or eligible, with school-based experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon OT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Experience with orthopedic impairments or high needs preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
