Job summary

Nyman Associates is seeking a School Occupational Therapist to support students in school-based and early intervention settings. This role focuses on developing fine motor skills, sensory processing abilities, and independence to promote academic success and everyday tasks.

We offer placement variety, mentorship from Clinical Leads and Directors, and ongoing professional development to help you grow as a clinician in a supportive, multi-state organization.

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice occupational therapy is required.
• Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Access to personal transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assessing children’s functional abilities.
• Development of individualized intervention plans.
• Therapy implementation in school settings.
• Environmental modifications to support participation.
• Session documentation and progress monitoring.
• Collaboration with parents, teachers and other professionals.
