Job summary

Broken Arrow Public Schools seeks a Child Nutrition Supervisor I - Catering Services to oversee daily operations in the school nutrition program. You will supervise food production, ensure HACCP compliance, train staff, and manage serving lines and POS activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating meal preparation, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring USDA guidelines are met while delivering nutritious meals to students in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Food Handler's Permit from Tulsa County Health Department.
• 1–2 years of food service experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 10–30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to speak, write and understand English; good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following recipes and HACCP guidelines.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure USDA meals are served to students.
• Operate POS and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain HACCP records and ensure food safety standards are met.
• Coordinate daily prep, serving lines and sanitation duties.
