Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the Manager, Food and Nutrition Services (Intern) training program.
• Valid Florida driver's license.
• Valid ServSafe Manager Certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage food service operations at school/designated site in accordance with laws and policies.
• Hire, supervise, direct, and evaluate cafeteria staff and student workers.
• Develop work schedules for efficient use of current staff.
• Develop cleaning schedules to meet sanitation and safety standards.
• Organize food service line, storage areas, and budgets; manage student accounts.
