Responsibilities

Supports the SNS Manager in daily cafeteria operations.
Supervise food service staff and train team in food service tasks including preparation, serving, cleanup, and cashiering.
Learn and follow USDA regulations governing school nutrition programs.
Communicate effectively with staff, customers and school community.
Order weekly supplies by due dates based on resources on hand.
Forecast production needs and assist in daily records and closing paperwork.
Act as manager in the manager’s absence and handle cashiering duties as needed.
Handle deliveries, check quality and quantities of weekly deliveries and invoices.
Assist in completing daily production records.
