Responsibilities

• Prepare food items for student and staff meals following recipes and schedules.
• Set up serving lines, portion food, and maintain sanitary cooking and serving areas.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure safety and HACCP compliance.
• Assist with stocking supplies and operating a point‑of‑sale terminal as needed.
• Attend trainings and meetings to maintain knowledge and skills.
