Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Some experience in quantity food preparation preferred.
• Food sanitation and safety knowledge.
• Basic arithmetic, reading, and recipe skills.
• Ability to portion foods accurately and follow production plans.
• CDL and Bus License required to serve as substitute bus driver.

Responsabilités

• Assist cook in preparing and serving meals.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas and equipment.
• Operate dishwasher and assist with dish room duties.
• Record and manage basic food portioning and supplies.
• Assist with stocking and organizing serving lines and napkin/silverware supplies.
