Job summary

Union County Public Schools is seeking a school nutrition assistant to join the cafeteria team at Piedmont Middle. You will work Monday through Friday, serving students and staff, and help maintain a clean, safe dining area in compliance with health regulations.

The role emphasizes active involvement in food service, proper cashiering duties for internal/external applicants, and a positive, engaging demeanor with children and adults alike.

Qualifications

Description

As aschool nutrition assistant, you will have the opportunity to enjoy working in an active and exciting school cafeteria team setting serving children and faculty Monday thru Friday throughout the school year. Be prepared for major fun in this role!

Job Summary

This position requires you to be active. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and will be on your feet for a good part of the shift. You are responsible for keeping the kitchen and dining area up to health department regulations and will be required to sweep, mop and/or take out trash as needed.
