Responsibilities

Regular dependable attendance with absences approved in advance with the exception of sick leave.
Rotates through the full range of School Nutrition functions.
Prepares and handles food following both written and oral directions.
May function as a cashier; follows standard procedures, collects and accounts for funds with honesty and integrity.
Cleans and sanitizes food service equipment, surfaces and facilities.
Follows health, safety and sanitation standards; maintains temperature control in all aspects of food preparation, service, storage and disposal.
