Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of food service methods and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret standardized recipes.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, dices, chops and portions vegetables and fruits.
• Sets up food counters and serves food to students and staff.
• Operates basic kitchen equipment like dishwashers and ovens.
• May act as cashier and handle money with a high level of customer service.
• Washes dishes and keeps kitchen area clean.
