Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the preparation of foods in an institutional setting or childcare; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• Prepares, cooks, and serves meals according to recipes.
• Assists with ordering, receiving, inventory, and record-keeping for NSLP compliance.
• May function as cook, cashier, server or helper during serving periods.
• Maintains cleanliness, safety, and sanitation per HACCP standards.
