• Prepare, cook, bake and serve foods in quantity at a school site.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Operate and maintain standard kitchen equipment.
• Assist with inventory and record-keeping as directed.
• Assist with special events and meals for students and staff.
