Delta-T Group in Hagerstown, MD is seeking multiple School Nurses - RN/LPN to provide one-to-one nursing services in local school systems for the 2026-2027 year.

Opportunities are long-term independent contractor arrangements with flexible hours Mon-Fri 8am-3:30pm. CPR certification and required clearances are needed, including the ability to manage medications and support students with chronic health needs.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license required.
• Ability to obtain clearances (Criminal).
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one nursing services for a student with complex medical needs.
• Observe students for development and health patterns, making nursing judgments and diagnoses.
• Implement plans for students with chronic health problems and coordinate medication administration.
• Demonstrate listening, speaking and writing skills.
• Occasionally accompany children on field trips.
• Assess health complaints and care for students with special healthcare needs.

Client's Available Hours

• Long Term Independent Contract Schedules available Mon-Fri 8am - 3.30pm
• Immediate Start for the School year 2026-2027

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Provide one-to-one nursing services for a student with complex medical needs.
• Observe students for development and health patterns, making a nursing judgment and diagnosis.
• Implement plans for students with chronic health problems and coordinate administration of medication within State law and Board policies.
• Demonstrate effective skills of listening, speaking and writing.
• Occasionally accompany children on field trips.
• Assess health complaints and care for students with special healthcare needs.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Current Registered Nurse or LPN license
• Ability to work with school personnel, parents and children
• Ability to complete and pass clearances: Criminal
• Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: CPR certification
