Qualifications

• West Virginia Professional Student Support Certificate, West Virginia Nurse Certificate or Temporary Nurse Certificate, or West Virginia Nursing Substitute Permit.
• Minimum Associate's Degree in nursing (ADN) with at least 2.0 GPA.
• Must hold a valid RN license issued by the West Virginia Board of Examiners.
• Completion of the eLearning course: Introduction to School Nursing.
• Complete county and WVDE trainings as required.
• Ability to perform duties in the Job Description, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Recent unsatisfactory evaluations or interview performance may disqualify applicants.
• Past dismissal or non-renewal for cause may disqualify applicants.
