Responsibilities

• Liaise between school staff, family, and physicians to coordinate care.
• Consult with staff and IEP teams.
• Assess health status and plan nursing actions for students.
• Interpret health data and plan actions to support education.
• Supervise health staff and train on chronic illness management.
• Provide emergency care and health services as needed.
